Zurich - Henry Moore

One of Henry Moore's sheep, down by the lake in Zürich. Actually, I think there are two of them. Kidding aside, I like HM - he's been a bit out of fashion, but I see there is a new exhibition at Tate Britain.

Une oeuvre et une image à la fois minérale et terriblement charnelles. Lorsque mon fils aîné était en maternelle (il avait 5 ans) un "artiste" et la maîtresse s'étaient extasié car en entrant dans la classe il s'était écrié : "oh un paysage de vaches" devant des galets peints de tâches. Il parait que rares sont les personnes qui ont assez d'imagination, enfants comme instituteurs, pour voir cela du premier coup d'oeil ou même du deuxième...
