When I look at the cafe pictures I often get this impression of an ethereal presence scouting for monochrome art and impervious to the delights of Swiss pastry. The corporeal photographer must require some sustenance so hows about a "view to a plate", possibly in colour, so we can vicariously partake of some Swiss Cafe culture and see what fuels the maestro.
