Your IPhone shots are starting to make me realise that perhaps too many photographers - obviously you dont :) - overthink settings of their shots... even with an Iphone, provided the composition is good, you can still shoot compelling and fantastic photographs... perhaps there is too much focus nowadays on technicalities rather than composition..... ?

Sean - couldn't agree more. Some photos require a high level of technical quality of course, but otherwise content and framing are much more important. Modern cameras are so full of technical wizardry that I suspect a lot of people are drawn into imagining that these aspects are more important than when to push the button.

Ah-ha, a dog. Nice. And to read those comments - all very encouraging to low-life like me.

Loved yesterday's - especially the first one but actually all - you must have had fun with that lot.

Hi Jilly - I don't suppose you need any more encouragement, but I need to hold my hand up and admit to the element of luck involved with using something like the iPhone. But on the other hand, here is Diane Arbus

I don't like this photo.
That dog just doesn't look right.

Toujours prêt à dégainer et cela donne un superbe instantané avec le flou de la queue du chien et des jambes en action.
Je me demande bien ce qu'il y avait de si interressant après avoir tourné le coin de la rue.
