And thank you so much for dropping me a line in Avignon, it prompted me to come and visit you. And you are (were ?) in Venice! How wonderful to see your photos of this magnificent place. I can picture you walking around and sitting in cafes and eating out and... JUST GREAT!

I hear that you're now using a Canon G11? I never thought you'd switch to that.

I had to laugh at your little bunch of flowers on a window sill (desperately meagre and uninteresting)... only to switch back to fantastic b&w shots after that ! :-)))

The square format you often use works really well.

So good this series!! (I think that even in France, hands are used! I believe I have adopted the habit, because I get a number remarks about this when I'm back in Sweden.)
