I could make a couple of lighthearted comments about B&W and contract figures. But I'm overwhelmed by the other qualities.....Bravo! That touch of gold...............and so on.

Since Eric of Paris Daily Photo sent me here to have a look at your Eiffel Tower shot and I loved your photos so much, I went to the City Daily Photo Blogs forum to mark your blog as a favorite. . .except you are apparently not listed among our family of blogs. What's up with that? I hope you'll link to us. I would love to see your shots coming up on our visual portal everyday!

Kim - I used to be on CDP, but I've dropped off for some reason - however as you can see the blog doesn't really conform to CDP guidelines so that's ok!

Comment renouveler les angles de prise de vue des bâtiments tellement connus et photographiés ?
La tour Eiffel inclinée, sans éléments extérieur perd toute échelle. Ce pourrait être une maquette comme l'on trouve dans des baraques pour touristes.
En général, les photographes aiment la prendre bien symétrique, ce que tu n'as pas vraiment fait. Tu as cadré en diagonale.

J'aime cette enfilade de réverbères qui se chevauchent et ressortent sur ce ciel lourd.
Richard, il y a une exposition en ce moment au Musée du Luxembourg sur les premières années de l'oeuvre de Vlaminck. Je trouve cela extraordinaire, il a photographié, non je me trompe, il a peint des paysages urbains avec beaucoup de rivières.
Il changeait ce qu'il voyait, il inclinait les façades comme tu le fais.
Va y si tu peux, il n'y a pas encore trop de monde.
